Each capsule contains 1 IU vitamin E, 1000 mg marine lipid concentrate containing 300 mg eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), 200 mg docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)

Other ingredients: gelatin, water.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with each meal.
