Two tablets contain 10 mg Manganese, 1000 mg Perna canaliculus(Green Lipped Mussel), 600 mg Glucosamine Sulfate, 400 mg Methylsulfonylmethane.
Other ingredients: vegetable stearate, avicel, mandanese amino acid chelate.
Suggested use: As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets 3 times daily with food for 2 to 4 weeks, then reduce to 1 to 2 tablets twice daily with food.
