Marine-Sel 75 is a special selenium/kelp preparation with essential trace minerals. Selenium is an important nutrient because it is a vital antioxidant, particularly when combined with Vitamin E.* A Selenium deficiency can lower your body's ability to fight the formation of free radicals and to produce antibodies. Contains other trace minerals such as Chromium, Manganese and Iodine.

Each tablet contains 80 mg Calcium, 65 mg Phosphorus, 98 mcg Iodine, 75 mcg Selenium, 0.055 mg Manganese, 73 mcg Chromium, 18 mcg Molybdenum.

Other ingredients: Calcium carbonate, kelp, microcellulose, stearic acid, whey, croscarmellose sodium, vegetable stearate, silica.
