Other ingredients: calcium carbonate, sucrose, dextrose, non fat dry milk, microcrystalline cellulose, spray dried sweet whey powder, vegetable stearate, calcium lactate, calcium gluconate, calcium citrate, cellulose gum, vanilla flavor, silica, vitamin D3, vanillin.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 tablet twice daily with meals.
