A Calcium/Magnesium/D-3 supplement to support bone function.* A Hydrolyzed protein chelate form of Calcium and Magnesium plus Vitamin D for efficient assimilation.

Two tablets contain 50 IU Vitamin D3, 500 mg Calcium, 200 mg Magnesium.

Other ingredients: calcium amino acid chelate, magnesium amino acid chelate, calcium sulfate, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable stearate, stearic acid, silica.

As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablets with lunch and 2 tablets with dinner.
