This complex is absorbed intact and then delivered to specific sites in the body where it is released in the inner layer of the outer cell membrane. Calcium Aspartate+ formula includes Vitamin B6 and niacinamide to assist in optimum utilization of Calcium Aspartate.

Each capsule contains 5 mg Niacin (as Niacinamide), 2 mg Vitamin B6, 75 mg Calcium (from 600 mg Calcium Aspartate).

Other ingredients: maltodextrin, gelatin, microcrystalline cellulose, calcium sulfate, vegetable stearate, water, silica.

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule with each meal.
